There are two different cases where the camera can not complete the setup process and gives the audio warning 'Problem'
1. If the camera says 'Problem' and plays a single beep:
This means that the camera can not identify your WI-FI network. This could be because your WI-FI router is out of range of the camera. This also happens when the WI-FI network that you are connecting to is 5GHz. Invidyo camera only supports 2.4 GHz networks. Your router most likely supports 2.4 GHz in addition to 5 GHz. Please connect your camera to a 2.4 GHz network.
2. If the camera says 'Problem' and plays 3 beeps in quick succession:
This means that the password entered for the WI-FI network is wrong. Please go back to the step where you entered the WI-FI password during setup and follow the steps in the setup wizard again.
